Mel One Property Maintenance Pty Ltd operates this Mel One Maintenance Brisbane handyman website. This page explains what happens to information you send us and how to ask about a record. You can also call or email without using the form.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we receive your name, phone number, optional email, suburb, selected service, how you found us and job description. We also receive the source page and an enquiry reference used to manage delivery and follow-up. The form does not upload photos; photos sent separately by email become part of that enquiry. The server may use the request IP transiently for basic abuse protection; it is not added to the enquiry email or sent to Resend. We do not add a browser user-agent to the enquiry email.
How we use it
We use the details to respond, understand the requested work, assess whether we can take on the work, discuss availability and decide if a visit is needed before quoting. A form submission does not confirm a booking or price. We may keep the correspondence as a business record if the enquiry progresses.
Email, hosting and other people involved
Submitted details are delivered through Resend to the configuredMel One Maintenance enquiry recipient. The website is hosted on Vercel. If a specialist or another team member needs to assess or carry out the work, relevant job and contact details may be shared with that person. Email and hosting providers may process information outside Australia; contact us for more detail about a particular enquiry. We do not sell enquiry details.
Website measurement
Hosting may process technical information such as requested pages, IP address and browser details. This site uses Google Analytics to understand page use and actions such as calls and form submissions. Our event code sends page information and an enquiry reference for form actions, but does not send the name, phone, email, suburb, service or job description entered in the form. Analytics providers may also use browser identifiers.
Keeping your information
Website and email-provider controls are used to limit unwanted access. Enquiry records may be retained for follow-up, work administration and record-keeping needs. Ask us about a particular record if you would like to know whether it is still held or request its removal. Please avoid sending identity documents or payment card details with an initial enquiry.

Optional Microsoft Clarity analytics
Only with your permission, Microsoft Clarity records masked page reading, scrolling and clicks for heatmaps and session recordings, and may process device, connection and first-party analytics identifiers. Contact, confirmation and staff pages, and addresses containing query strings or fragments, are excluded. Recording stops when you start using an enquiry form; enquiry content is excluded.
Clarity preferences at the foot of the page control Clarity only and do not change the Google Analytics settings described above. You may turn Clarity off at any time without affecting browsing or contacting us. We respect browser no-tracking signals.
