This page explains what information Mel One Maintenance collects through the enquiry form on this website and how it is used.

What we collect

When you submit the enquiry form we receive your name, phone number, optional email, suburb, selected service and job description. The server may use the request IP transiently for basic abuse protection; it is not added to the enquiry email or sent to Resend. We do not add a browser user-agent to the enquiry email.

How we use it

Your submitted enquiry details are delivered through Resend to the configured Mel One Maintenance enquiry recipient so the team can reply about your job. We do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

Analytics

We may record aggregate, non-personal events (for example, that an enquiry form was submitted) to understand which pages generate contact. We do not send your form values, name, phone, email, suburb, selected service or job details to analytics.
