One repair or a larger property project
Mel One undertakes indoor and outdoor repairs, whole-house and exterior painting, timber windows and fascia, fence replacement, electrical repairs and rewiring, and shower or balcony waterproofing and retiling. You can send the full job list through this contact form.
For several jobs, list each room or outdoor area and mark what needs repair or replacement. For a leak, describe where water appears and when. For a replacement, include the approximate size and whether you already have the product. We use this information to plan an assessment, materials and the order of work.
